    it does appear mine is taking longer just to prevent withdrawal but like you said if there was anything else then they should advise me of that

  2. But the first document (the one asked for in error) was uploaded on Sunday so it’s 5 days that’s gone without at least that one being verified.

     

    It was proof of my card asked for, likewise with my daughters account so that would indicate the same queue yet hers was dealt with within a day.  This is why I’m so concerned there is something wrong with my cards

     

     

  3. I can’t cancel the withdrawal and can’t play whilst it’s waiting for verification anyway. I’ve definitely not done anything wrong so this is why I’m wondering if an issue with my cards

     

    its clearly not a standard queuing system else I would have been done by now 

  4. Ok so now I’m really confused

     

    I mentioned on Wednesday to my daughter this issue and she also has a Unibet account and said she has never had to verify but she logged on and was also now awaiting verification (same thing card proof) which she sent in.   She was verified the next day

     

    i am still waiting 5 days on!!  Only difference is I have a pending withdrawal where she doesn’t which is leading me to believe either they are delaying so they don’t have to pay out or there is a problem with my card.  Live chat once again provided no help… is it likely there is a problem with my cards? Would I be wise to cancel them, this is all making me very anxious

Another day still unverified:  another attempt at speaking to live chat.  Refused to help me, said I went to the back of the queue on Tuesday even though it wasn’t my fault I was asked for the wrong document Sunday. Seems very  dodgy, had I not spoken to someone Tuesday i still wouldn’t have been asked for the correct card verification

    And after being told Tuesday the department wasn’t even busy I’m really concerned now and feel I should cancel my cards as it’s indicating there is a problem with them due to the delay

    I was really impressed with the agent Tuesday but I am now really disappointed with the customer services and finding it really concerning I’ve sent it details that weren’t needed

     

  6. Hi I’m after some help please.

     

    I have used this site lots with no problems on any front.  I have made previous withdrawals with ease and actually the speed of withdrawals is one of the reasons this is my favourite however I made a withdrawal Sunday and later that day noticed it was on hold and I was asked to verify and send in proof of my card but oddly it was not the card I had used to deposit it withdraw to which really confused me but I sent anyway.  Yesterday it was still pending so I contact a lovely lady who looked into and told me they had asked for wrong card, this was updated on system and so I then had to upload the correct card.  The lady told me the area dealing with it wasn’t all that busy at the moment and she had asked someone in the verification to look out for it so should be done shortly.  Another day later and it’s still pending, I tried live chat again but had lengthy delayed responses just saying it was in verification and then they cut me off

     

    I’m really concerned there is something wrong with my cards as never been asked for it before and to have sent details of my card also that wasn’t even required has got me nervous. 
     

    has anyone had a similar problem before, should I be concerned? How long should I expect to wait given its 3 days now and the verification team aren’t busy at present
