No, I didn't even try because that is not the method I want to use nor am I able to currently. How is it possible that Skrill was removed without informing me at all about that and what kind of treatment of customers is that? Why was it available in the first place? What did I do wrong to deserve that option to be removed? It was normally there for at least couple of weeks (as I said I even had Skrill withdrawal request) and the moment I won some money you remove that option for me? Why was that? I am just trying to get the right answer as to why was that done to me and what did I do wrong?? I have fully verified acc (also Skrill is fully verified), I used that method to deposit, that method was available for withdrawal and now all of a sudden it is not...

Can someone please help me and tell me why was Skrill removed from my deposit options and can i get it back? I opened an account a month ago and I made all my deposits via Skrill. Also 18 days ago I made a withdrawal request via Skrill which in the end I cancelled as I changed my mind but the point is that the option to withdraw money to Skrill was there and now there isn't and I wasn't informed in any way that it would be removed. I tried contacting you twice, via live chat and e-mail and didn't get the response that I wanted, which was the reason why was that done to me. Also my account is fully verified from the moment I started betting here and I am really disappointed with this kind of treatment of your customers. Now I have Bank transfer as only withdrawal option and that doesn't work for me so you basically just froze my money by not allowing me to withdraw it the same way I deposited it. Not sure if Skrill was removed just temporarily or permanently, if it is temporarily then ok, I'm fine with that, even though I would like to know when will it be enabled again. One strange thing that I noticed was also when i log in to my account on my laptop, under unavailable methods I have only Card, but when I log in with my mobile I have under unavailable methods also Neteller, which is unavailable as I didn't use it for deposit which I understand, but not sure why that isn't the case also with Skrill which should be available as I made all my deposits with Skrill.
