    Can't deposit and cant' verify

    I have just opened a new account and when I click on deposit it says:

    Oops!

    You need to verify your account before you can make a deposit. It's easy to do so - please upload the required documents on the 'Verify Account' page in your account.

    Problem is when I click on verification it says: 

     

    You are all set!

    There are no pending documents or withdrawals on hold.
