Well there’s a bunch of us having the opposite experience . Because you had a good one does not mean all these ppl including me are lying.  Something is not right . But we’ll done for getting it all sorted quick . Jealous I definitely am 

No ones getting any luck . This seems some kind of fraud move against us whilst stating they are checking we are not tempting fraud. I deposited £6k which was from my winnings on William hill . Thought I would try a new site . After spending 6k quite quickly I thought I need to slow down and take a breather so I withdrew £1,800. Sane as you verified my ID and card and thought that was quick . But wanted defunding socks which I think is a joke and a bit personal , I sent it thinking they was quick first time . But hearing you guys shows it’s a pattern . They verify what they want to quickly then leave you hanging at the point where they could just simply turn off the restrictions . Genniinly losing sleep abs pissed off regreshing my emails daily to nothing. Chat and emails you get back rehersed heartless answers. I couldn’t sit on a chat and lie to ppl bare faced knowing there money was there . I said to one advisor what if I walked up to you took £2k out your wallet and said I can’t give you a time frame on giving this back but keep an eye on your emails for 7 days . Then didn’t even get back to you but 2 weeks later etc . You would call the police ! He didn’t know what to say 

Did he sort this for you ? I’ve had enough of waiting and these horrific stories panic me 

How does this happen. They confirm who we are quick enough but then take a lifetime on the follow up documents . I will be looking to seek 3rd party 

I have the same problem with nearly 2k in my account . Speak to chat and email them and get the same rehersed answers. Please have peace of mind outlet security are working on your account and we will email you as soon as it’s sorted please be patient.

Please god someone from Unibet can read this and sort it for us . I’m very paranoid as 2k is not pennies to me 

I have deposited a total of 6k on my account and have withdrawn less than £2k (£1,870 ) 7/8th July. We are now at the 16th July. I have sent in all my documentation. My driving licence and bank card were checked and verified promptly . But then they asked for a document which helped show how I find my account. Basically see what money I’m earning and where from which I think is a liberty in the first place . Anyway the day they asked (8th July) was the day I immediately forwarded them the relevant information.  A reply was thank you for your documents , this is usually checked within 48 hours but can take up to 5 working days. I have chased them daily with responses along the lines of please be patient our team are working hard to verify your documents . How long does it take to look at a bloody bank statement . We are now on the 16th which is past all the promised deadlines . Chat advisors and emails are patronising me . You can’t call , can’t get directly through to the security team. It’s causing arguments at home as it’s not just a couple of quid . I feel as though Il wait forever if do t do something . Someone please help ! This is becoming a joke
