Anyone else's virtual bets not being settled since 2 weeks ago? Each day I requesting and update and being told to just wait. I have never known a booker maker to take so long to settled VIRTUAL bets. Unibet have also refused to cancel the bets and refund the stake even though its amount is lower the winning awarded to me! I have made a formal complaint and been told to wait and that was about a week ago.  Does anyone know how I can take this further? I just want to regain my money back at this rate so I can close my account and use another bookmaker

Same here, I have said this on live chat they don't appear to be bothered absolutely terrible customer service

Yeah same ridiculous really, live chat are unable to give us ant indication as to when it will be resolved and nor will they offer any free bets for the inconvenience! If we had placed the bets in shop would of been paid out right away 

Is anyone having problems with virtual betting? Put a number of small bets on 2 days ago and they are still showing as open on racing history. Tried to contact live support and they've been next to useless
