    'verify your account'-bug

    Hello guys, 

    I tried withdrawing some of my earnings, when I tried to do it they send me a message that said 'To make a withdrawal you need to verify your account'. 

    I have done withdrawals before and don't understand why I get this bug now? Also when I go to the page to verify it tells me everything has been done and I am ready... 

    Has this happened before and if so what are the solutions?
