I did not cancel the offer and now i won a £85 bet unibet refusing to pay out!

I seen this happen to multiple customer's and they were offered there winnings in a 1 x bonus bet. 

This has happened to me, i won £85 on a accumulator and 'apparently' i canclled the bonus and now my account is at 0.00, can you sort this out for me please?

Hi, I was on live chat and even they cant find the money. This was won ages ago so i dont get it...

I placed a £10 bet today on the Ukraine match which was a winner (attached) but my balance is still 0.00 but it returned £85...

Where is my money? :(
