I’ve seen some of the negative posts and concerns around UNIBET and their withdrawal and verification process.
I wanted to share my experience which was nothing but positive. I deposited and withdrew within a short space of time and was asked to verify my account which I did with a bank card and bank statement following the procedure shown on the help page - I also sought some help from Customer Support who were very responsive and brilliant. In the end it took 56 hours (less than the 72 quoted) to get verified and paid out which landed in my bank account moments after. So really happy overall.
Just make sure,
- All documents are clearly readable when uploaded.
- Adhere to the T&Cs in regard to banking etc
Although it can be daunting and quite a worrying period, as long as you’ve followed the correct procedure and adhered to the rules you will be fine.
