I take back my original complaint. I think the anger came from the not so helpful response I got from chat support. I do have to say Jami is the man or woman, not sure. Thanks for your help. I appreciate you going above and beyond.

From what I can see, the last document was requested yesterday, so I'd expect it to take another day or two, given the amount and case details. I understand it can be frustrating to wait, when we're talking such a big amount, but the guys are doing their best to have it approved as fast as possible

Would you rather that there were unnecessary document requests upon first deposit, prior to bets being accepted? We request documents when it's needed for compliance, anti money-laundering reasons etc., and I don't see how it'd make sense to request various documents for no reason? Keep in mind an account can never be such a thing as "fully verified" - depending on betting pattern, deposit methods etc., further documents can always be necessary at a later stage.
It's also not true that we never request documents prior to depositing being allowed, it's just not that common. 

I would rather you guys asked for documents upfront, that way when somebody wins there are no unnecessary delays which are more annoying. 

Im at 2 weeks today for the first withdrawal, tomorrow will be also 14 days for the second one.

I withdrew from another betting place that also uses gigadat. They paid me within 48 hours, that was last Wednesday and I got my money Friday. In the case of Unibet it is two separate withdrawals requested one day apart, so what are the chances of both going missing? 

Im waiting for Jami to find out.

I'd beware of this company. I just reopened my account last week, took out two small withdrawals totaling $75 CAD, but no payment came through. 

Reached out twice but nothing. Moving to a different site. Keep my money thieves.
