Takers not givers ... good motto. I dont know why I even remain on their site. Greedy bookmakers who dont know how to keep their players loyal to their site 

So.many others out their who give but this site is different. 

Do Unibet actually bother to add bonuses to their bug customers account. I mean take a look at mine for example . 

 

I spend thousands a week at not a single bonus . Hiw do you expect to keep me loyal when you are nit doing what a good gambling diyr should be doing and rewarding their customers. The customer service is shocking and the rewards and loyalty bonuses... well..... 

Worst site ever . Never receive a single bonus from them after spending thousands of pounds too. That's why I no longer deposit on this site. 

Why would inehen incan give my business elsewhere and get rewarded for it.

Never recieve a single thing regardless of how much I've deplored and played in your site.

Thank you all for th responses. Good to know I am not the only one. Indo like the site but like you've said... if I can get 2 free rolls with my bread elsewhere.... 

You would think they would be smarter and want to reward there bug players so they stay with them otherwise what incentive do they have to remain loyal?..

I get great bonuses with other companies but unlike unibet as a site though its not enough to keep ny account open with them.

Customer services sent me a vague email with no explanation at all. They tried to help but said it wasnt there department and I just really want to get to the bottom of it. Yiu dont reward you big players?? You want them to go elsewhere? Why would you not be sending them 100 pound free bets r 200 pounds here and there casino play. Please just check y account and see just how much I spend , deposit and play. I want to stay with unibet but not if i can go elsewhere and get bonuses from other sites. I'm sure you understand

I am referring to ad hoc bonuses for my game play and loyalty.  I deposit thousands each week and receive nothing back. Are you trying to keep your customers if so you are not dlig s good job. Why would I stay with Unibet when I can go elsewhere? The only thing that is keeping me with you is that when i withdraw my funds go back into my account instantly other than that there is no reason. The staff are rude (Lisa especially) and slow st responding. I have been told I will no longer receive any bonuses and they cant give me a reason why.

Please check my account and you will see just how much I spend with nothing I return

Appreciate your time in helping me with my query.

I spend thousands of pounds with Unibet and after a while realising that I never recieve any bonuses or loyalty rewards i decided to log onto chat and question why that was. They said that I have been blocked from receiving any bonuses and they cant give me a reason why.

Has nyone else had this issue and hiw did they resolve it. I like using the site and curious why they wouldn't reward there big players instead of risking using them which they are close to doing.

Any help would be appreciated.  My decision would be  to cancel my account if there are no bonuses available for me. I spent at least 2000 pounds a week minimum.
