Hi there. I just signed up today after seeing this welcome offer, but something seems to be wrong. I deposited £10 after registering and opting in, but it hadn't gone through. The T+Cs state it's awarded immediately after depositing but I hadn't received it after spending the initial £10 so I deposited another £10 and the bonus still hasn't appeared. The bonuses page says it's "active" but just prompts me to deposit again to receive it. I double checked the T+Cs for any other requirements but I've done the few steps necessary already. 

Is there supposed to be a delay of some kind before it's actually awarded? I'll attach some screenshots showing my deposits and the bonus status page. Thanks!
