From canada, getting really annoyed it has been 7 plus business dayz for either winnings i have two that i have tried to withdraw on the 8th and 9th for 230 and 250 transaction says completed on website yet no money???

The first was on the 8th at 1047pm

And the second was on the 9th at 12am.

I have tried to withdraw my winnings of 250 and 230 at seperate times however it still has been a week since the withdraw and no money recieved website says its been sent? Little confused as to why this is taking so long
