Quite a few times I've tried to cash out, only with 1 or 2 games left in running. The option comes up but it soon says not available as odds have changed. I can imagine this to be feasible once or twice but I tried 10-15 times in my last bet when the cash out option became available. This has happened a few times to me. If I were cynical, I'd suggest the Unibet site waits until the bet goes awry, which , on this occasion, as other times, it did. Fortunately I got a 94th minute winner this time, but the cash out option isn't fit for purpose.
