I placed a £40 bonus on Chelsea v Wolves and won £170. Apparently I accepted another bonus after that which cancelled my bet. Makes no sense to me. I signed up for the £40 bonus + £10 casino bonus. The welcome offer states the sports book bonus must be wagered before using the casino bonus. This is what I did, I wagered £40 on the game so it was wagered then I used the casino bonus. Obviously if I knew that they meant then I would have done so. It just seems like a ❤️♥️❤️ to me. Why would you entice new customers with such an offer to the mug them off. I understand I made a mistake. So give me the £170 as a bonus as a goodwill to be wagered a few more times. I've seen other people have been given this. Talking on live chat is pointless they're just robots. @JeppeL
