I have now sent in 5 emails were many photos of the ID required but consistently get asked to send them again! The last ones I sent were 3MB in size so no way the quality is not good enough! I see other posters have the same issues with UniBet!

Hi HardGain, thank you for your reply. Not quite poses :) but close....They ask for photos of different ID's with my thumb and forefinger holding the ID near my face. Also the same identification over and over again, through different custoimer service agents. Then when I send it they ask again. It is getting very tedious. Yes I have won quite a lot so perhaps that is the issue and they do this when you win. If it keeps going on I will have to involve legal action. Federica

Hi I have won more than I have lost and made a withdrawal weeks agoand was asked for 7 types of ID including photos, which is a lot but ok thats fine. After sending them in they asked for more things, A lot is the same I have already sent in. Photos slightly different etc... I have been verified in Italy before but have never experienced this harrassment. Evertime I send in a photo of me with my ID, debit card, proof of address, photos of my ID they ask for them again even though they are high resolution and crystal clear. Any ideas on my next step? This is about my fifth time sending in my ID and they just make up another slightly different photo required. Thank you for your help. Federica
