Hey @ReCorpH,  I think the problem is that I didn't give all documents needed to verify my account. The only thing they asked me to verify was my deposit slip which I did but when I look at the support page it says that a lot of other documents are required for the verification. Could you look which documents I need to send and to who?

So I sent all the documents that were requested and after a day they were approved. But when I try to go to the bet section or withdraw the money on my account it says that I need to verify my account.

Can someone help me out here?

@ReCorpH  So are they going to refuse my request to withdraw the money on my brother's bank account and will I then get another cance to withdraw it on my own bank account? btw I deposited with my own bank account if that was not clear.

Hello everyone, I have a problem

For the past week I have been winning some money on Unibet and 2 days ago I decided to withdraw all my winnings. I am over 18 years old but for some reason my parents can still check my bank account. They do not support gambling so I didn't want to withdraw my winnings on my own bank account because they would see it and wonder where all the money came from and I would have to explain myself and it wasn't going to be fun. So I decided to withdraw the money on my brother's bank account, who is 21, because my parents can't see his bank account so they wouldn't notice anything and my brother agreed to it. A couple hours after i did that I saw somewhere that it wasn't allowed to use a third party to withdraw money from Unibet. They froze my account and asked for verification of my deposit slip and the ID of the card holder of the credit card I used, which was my brother's. I sent all the pictures they asked and it has been 2 days since I did that and I am still waiting on what they will do. So my questions are: Does anybody know what will happen? Will I get my money back? Is it possible that they will give me a second chance so I can give my own bank details? Does anybody know something because I am pretty stressed about it.
