Two weeks ago i decided to play a bit so i deposited 1000 SEK. Was having fun and got a big win of 30000 SEK from the slot machines, no bonus involved. I proceed with sending in my verification documents, my Drivers License get approved instantly but my state of address proof is taking alot of time to verify. The date of the winning and sending in my documents was the 3rd of november, now it is the 16th of november and still no progress? I speak with customer service in the live chat and just get the same copy paste answer, "you have to be patience you are in quee right now, there is a lot of workload".

The question is why is it taking so long time to deliver a nice service to me as a customer, i mean when i deposit money into your site you take it instantly but when i win it suddenly becomes a journey of hardship to get my winnings. Please help me solve this quicker.
