And you haven't fixed the problem yet, I was having higher expectations from unibet and not taking 1 month for this case ...

I have had issues the last month with my withdrawals. I am waiting for an withdrawal that was done 28-9-2020 and one of 9-10-2020. I have contacted the help center multiple times via phone, live chat and email but the only thing that im being told is to be patient. There is no information about where my money is, What was the problem and when or how are they going to fix it. The only thing that im being told is to be patient but this thing has taken 25days untill now. There problem is not only that it hasnt been fixed yet but that nobody has any idea of what has happened and when will it be solved. This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable. Its a pity of such a good company to facing such problems but the worst is that there has been more that 20 days and this problem is not fixed. How long will you make me wait? when will i get any information and answers? This is not right...
