That's what i mean, first it's a few moments, then 48 hours, up to 5 working days... Some here write about weeks...

And after that cruisade comes the withdrawal cool down time.

Last Sunday i uploaded my documents for verification. Help Section says "a few moments to 48 hours" to verify.

Since Monday i want do withdraw my money, but i can't because of the verification pending.

What makes it so impossible to verify your customer's documents in acceptable time?

Then, if ever i'll be verified, i will have to accept another waiting time for the withdrawal. Even though i want to withdraw since 3 days.

Do you agree that this is an annoying situation for your customers and that your concurrence is by far more customer friendly?
