  1. I suddenly received an your account is blocked please contact customer service message after placing a bet in the live casino.

    My bank card got replaced yesterday, does it have to do something with this?

    My card number, account number and client login is the same, i only have a longer expiry date with the new card...

    It's asking me to verify my account when i try to withdraw my money but i can't do it because it says that verification is complete...

    I have contacted the customer service so i am waiting for an answer, did anybody else experience something like this?
