    Withdrawal and account still blocked after 5 days ago send bank statement

    Hi, after making deposit and playing,i request a withdrawal. Account been blocked and withdrawal is well. On 19.07.2020 have speak with customer service via chat , they ask to send bank statement, which showing the deposit of 1333€ been made to my unibet account. On 19.07.2020 I have sent statement in PDF, screenshots of my online banking and still no reply.When my account will we unblocked???
