Nop... nothing on email

Issue: when accessing My bonus offers, following error message shows instead of bonus-- Something went wrong!!! we encountered an error when we tried to complete your request. Please try again"

More often than not, i see this message in my available bonuses (screenshot attached). I am missing out on bonus offers because of this.

I have deleted cookies, used a new browser, but same issue. I see the same message in mobile app as well
