Which is what I thought but I just can't see live chat option anywhere! Probably me but everything seems to bring me back to the help center!

I have just joined and want to make a deposit. However, the deposit option say "OOPS, you need to verify your account before you can make a depost..."

So I go to the Verify option, that then says "You are all set! There are no pending documents or withdrawals on hold".

And yes, I saw the previous post about the yellow bar. That's also not there!

What can I do to upload the documents?
