I have requested a withdrawal which seems to have triggered an account verification on Sunday 5th of July. I provided all the support they asked and they came back and I provided all they asked for on the 7th of July. There is only a paypal transaction proof pending to review for over 48 hours. The website says it takes up to 48 hours and we are now well over that. Can you assist? Compliance seems to be very slow and whenever they ask for something new they put me last in the queue which is why my withdrawals are on hold for now 5 days
