I got called stating there was an offer on currently and the bonus was that if I desposited some money into my account I would get 150% extra as bonus money, I used all of this bonus over a couple of football and horse racing bets before the bonus ended and was under the impression that any winnings from this would then be in cash.

i did not start any new bonuses and do not have any current active ones, I'm quite disappointed as I feel as though it was not explained well and I used the bonus as directed, winning a bet which was then never paid to me, I didn't have an email about the bonus as it was provided to me over a call if I deposited money then

Hi, I still haven't received any winnings for a bet placed and won on the 26/06/20, I had an outright winner in the race however have no received anything for this

From what I understood, I used the bonus as I should have and then the winnings from said bonus should have been in cash, I did not cancel anything so still unsure 

Won a bet on the 12:15 Doncaster race 26th June on national anthem to win and I still haven't been paid, why is this?
