Thanks for your reply- it's useful to have a chat possibility, I couldn't find that. Re Ts&Cs, I deposited the amount that led to the bonus following a cold call in which the representative assured me that the market I bet on (football) would be covered by the bonus. I'll use the chat in a bit.

Specifically, when I log on it says "Bonus active: Contributed/Bonus money will be used before cash. Exceptions apply". I'm just betting on football.

I'm increasingly thinking to just bin Unibet once my funds are done. Other sites let you contact them directly with queries and concerns. This is just frustrating.

Thanks for your reply. My own money has always been below that of the bonus and I've made a few bets since the bonus arrived, but they've all been with my own money. My bonus remains at the original amount and I don't know how to use it.

Whenever logging on my account info says my bonus will be used before my own account, but it doesn't work. So isn't there a risk my own account will go to zero before my bonus starts to be used, then I'll get told to top up before I can bet again?
