Awesome thanks so much for your help. The information they give on the website is not perfect as they say in the description of the tournament you do need access. Bit confusing but thankyou for clarifying . Hopefully others in the future can jist follow this thread

sorry I didnt write the question correctly. I have already enterred into the tournament and it seems the tournament is now closed. What happened to my 50€ ticket? Will the 5 x 10€ tickets be automatically credited once I get approved on the link you sent me? I can't enter into another exchange tournament because the ticket is already listed as used

Does that mean I just lose my ticket?

Hey guys im new here. Sorry im really confused because I enterred the 5 x 10 exchange for my 50€ ticket before I joined the community. I have now joned the community, and posted previously on this post requesting access. What more do I have to do for the exchange to take place and how long will it take? I just wanted to play tonight so is it possible to cancel my request? What do I do?

I enterred a tournament to say the exchange will be done but I needed to join the commnity. I joined the community and enterred in the tournament but the tickets zere not exchanged. Can someone please help?
