I'm very confused with this chattng business on this site. I clicked on bonuses and clicked on claim it and made a deposit thinking that it can be used in poker but it seems not. I don't care about the bonus anymore but I want the original deposit transferred to cash and I was wondering if you can help me out?

I had slightly over €12.72 when the table I was playing on got disconnected and when I came back my balance was €12.72 less. Refund requested and thank you.
