I received a ticket now it has gone. I had spent over €20 on cash games and received a notification to say I qualified for it but can't get on it for some reason ? 

Hi I've been playing the double trouble tournament the last 3 Tuesdays I got my notification for this weeks tournament but it's not letting me enter for some reason say I don't meet the criteria when I do your help would be much appreciated thanks
