Hi,

I logged into unibet poker to play tonights 300 euro tourny which i have a ticket for. It wouldnt let me log in bec my account needs verification, I have given every document except one card which i cannot find at short notice perhaps its lost, support are offering no help and obviously late reg will close soon. Could you help in anyway?

in 2 50 euro hexapros during disconnect as well as 25 euro deep space where i have lost most of my stack. Have withdrawn my bankroll untill these issues are resolved, cheers.

hi,

My refund for the server crash has just come through but i think its short. I was last three in a tournement which i should recive around 500 euros for, had 150 euros on a banzi table and had just won a hexepro for 300 euros that was unaffected by the disconnect but had not paid out yet. instead of the around 950 due i have recieved 531 euros. COuld bthis be looked into, i hope i havent written this too early.
