I have to tournaments set for tonight, neither are showing. They are called Metrol Covid Poker at 19:30 and Metrol late night at 21:30. What's happened?

I log on to register for a couple of private tounaments. I can do the first one OK but when I try to register for the 2nd tournament the password field is greyed out. Have to exit the app (PC) and log back in again before it works. Looks like the password handling routine is disabling the field and not re-enabling it again the next time it is used. Pass on to your software team.

Have set up a tourney for tonight Metrol Covid Poker but you have got the blinds level time wrong. I asked for 8 minutes but you have set it to 6 minutes. Have responded to the setup e-mail 3 hours ago but no response.

I'm sure it's not supposed to do this. This is the scenario. Private tournament, 9 to a table. Starts with 10 people. Natch it splits us into 2 tables of 5. There is a rebuy option but the first player to lose all his chips does not take the option and leaves. I would expect the tables to come together at this point as there are now 9 of us. But this does not happen. I stays with two tables of 5 and 4 but it now synchronises the deals! i.e. when one table finishes a hand it has to wait for the other table to finish. Why? Once the rebuy/re-entry period ends then the tables come together. Don't think this is the desired behaviour.

A quick rule of thumb, assume action should be over when there are 20 big blinds left. You don't mention how many minutes per blind. But 9 players x 30k (assuming no rebuys) = 270k. So a 20th of that is 13,500. Blind level 36 is 14k. If you have for example 8 minute blinds then over 5 hours. (always count 55 minutes in an hour due to break)

Hi there. You seem to have replicated one of our tournaments for tonight. There are two Metrol covid Poker tournaments at 7:30pm (we have another scheduled for 10pm called Metrol late night which is fine). I've registered in one of them, could you delete the other? I don't want folk to get confused (some of em are really old!)

Thanks for that. One more question, can the timeout before players are folded be modified? 10s is not a lot of time and one of my buddies is invalid and will struggle with such a short time, also I don't see any time bank either.

Could I confirm the cost of these private tournaments? Some seem to be 6%, but I saw one yesterday with 0% costs. Is this right?
