9th Day and still nothing, everything i have is promises that is this been faster, but i'm listen that for few days. Appreciate for them Who want to help, but i'm gonna losing my gate. This is pretty annoying, and i'm FROZEN for real. Anyone else Who can help to solve this. Please, and thank you!

Eight days ago, i realise there is problem with my deposit. I deposit with my son prepaid visa card, and my account was frozen. Unibet support ask me to send documents about card and my son id. I do that, and now 8 days from that, still no answer. What happen next, Will my documents are be accepted, Will i continue playing or refunded deposit i made (with voiding winnings) and how long this is been going on?
