I was offered the chance to receive 2 free £5 bets if I placed one bet of £5. I placed 2 bets of £5+ over the weekend but have still have received my free bets.
My account still shows 2 free bets as pending but I can't access them. There isn't any option to accept or opt in to the offer either.

I was offered the chance to receive 2 free £5 bets if I placed one bet of £5. I placed 2 bets of £5+ over the weekend but have still have received my free bets.
