Hello, when i went to make a withdrawal on the 29th of March my withdrawal was put on hold, I had to verify ownership of my Skrill account (my withdrawal method of choice). Fair enough, even though I've made many withdrawals before with no issues. I verify my skrill within 12 hours, but my withdrawal is still on hold. The 30th passes, no further updates or changes to my withdrawal. On the morning of the 31st I contact live support and they tell me it will be done within the workday. It isn't. 

On the 1st of April i contact live support yet again, and they tell me basically the same thing, that it would be done within the day. It's now the 4th business day and I am still waiting for my withdrawal.

It is worth to note that EVERY withdrawal in the past 4 months (a sizeable sample size) have been done within the day, regardless if it was a business day or not, and as such I find this very strange.

Another extremely unfortunate detail is that the withdrawal is "on hold", meaning I cant cancel the withdrawal and continue to play with the money, which sucks as my money is essentially in limbo, I can't get the withdrawal and I can't cancel it, there have already been multiple missed betting opportunities I would have placed a bet on if I was able to either cancel or get my withdrawal, I really hope this gets fixed soon, so that I don't have any more missed bets.
