Please answer, i really need help fast

I couldn't deposit money on my unibet account because my account had to be 'verified'.
I did verify my account like unibet told me to verify it, i followed step by step to verify my account with itsme.

So now my account is verified but still frozen and shows me 'a technical error has been occured, you have to upload your documents, but if i go to settings and open the tab up ''verification'' it shows me my account is perfectly verified.

Please fix this bug, i can't use my account for a week. I did wait and wait but still no changes.
