I am 100% certain that it said my bonus would be used before cash balance otherwise I would never have signed up for it in the first place.

It even states it in the game you open up, that bonus funds are used first 'except in some cases' after reading that message and going back and checking all the terms and conditions I was given at the time I and no doubt in my mind that my cash was safe. I checked and double checked and everything seemed fine still.

So to me this was a massive let down and very scam like. I would like to know how I can take this further.

(I'm not the only one to post the exact same question, the other persons english wasn't great but it was clear to them aswell)

Having to post our grieveances on a forum is not ideal either. 

I double checked all the info and made sure my game was eligible but you used my deposited cash before the bonus balance. I could have withdrawn my initial £10 and just used the bonus so why take my cash balance???
