I was asked to verify my account and finally got to doing it during Nov/Dec 2020. I have 159 pounds left in my account which I'd like to withdraw, but the verification process has been dragging on for a long time. I have contacted unibet for support several times now, and on many of these occasions, I have been asked to provide a new set of documents, which I have promptly done so. Yet, I still am not getting a proper update when I ask whether the checks have been completed. How long does it take for the verification to be completed? I would like to seek some help here, as getting support from the customer service chat doesn't appear to yield much results for me. Thanks.

This is the same error I have been experiencing recently. I contacted unibet to withdraw my funds almost a month ago, and each agent seems to require different things from me. After sending bank statements over, no updates were given until I had to probe, and the reply would be something different. It has dragged on until now, and only today did I send another set of bank statements over. I wonder when there'll be any response, or if I have to probe after a few days again.

Placed an accumulator bet on a few volleyball matches in Russia (St Petersburg league and Yekaterinburg league) but discovered that there hasn't been any results on them though they were due to play up to 10-11hrs ago. Any information on what's going on?

Any idea what's going on with the Reserves League? The games are scheduled to be player earlier in the evening, but my bet pertaining to the game between Estudiantes Reserves and Sarmiento Reserves has yet to be settled/still pending, though the game should have technically been over 3+hrs ago. Is it postponed/cancelled?
