Hi I know the 17 dollar fee is from my bank my concern is all the withdraws are 15 dollars short.  I also went to withdraw today after I submitted my proof of address and it's not allowing me.

Sent you the screen shots, it wouldn't be the conversion as it would be a lot more then 15 dollars I am guessing it's from your bank or a bank in the middle of the wire.

How do I talk to someone about Unibet taking 15 each withdrawal?  

So each withdrawal costs me 32 dollars the deposit comes into my account 15 less then my bank charges me 17 which I understand as a wire.  I want to be able to just put it in my account cheaper. 

Hi I just want to carify on a Canadian bank wire you don't charge any fees as each f my 3 deposits were 15 dollars short and the. I understand the bank charges me a 17 dollar fee.  So I am thinking your bank is also charging me 15 off the top.
