So I'm writing here for two reasons.
1. Unibet doesn't state anywhere that a football match bet doesn't include penelty shots, so if I bet on a win/draw and my team is down before penelties and then wins with penelties, I expect to win. Its not that hard to understand is it? unibet bet slips say the duration of the bet is : match, therefore it is reasonable to think that penalties are part of a match right?
2. Well apparently not, just had the ugliest encounter with a live chat worker (Stephen) , I asked my question in a nice way as I wasn't angry yet (I am normally very polite when not enraged), and I was met with a blunt "the bet was settled correctly" I put forward my logic and I was met again with "it's ndustry standard"... OK well he wants to argue that every company is fixed at the result at 90mins yeah? Only problem with that is I bet with several companies and they ALL state in the bet slip that it is 90mins, except unibet, unibet just states match, am I stupid for thinking penelties are part of a match? He continued to belittle and argue with me even stating I should never bet if I'm stupid enough to think a match goes over 90 mins, which is funny since he can't even understand basic logic. I would have accepted it had he been polite about it, just an ounce of sympathy would have been enough.
I want some kind of resolution to this please,
It's infuriating when a bet loses even though you predicted everything right. I bet on this KNOWING there will be penelties, and I was right, to find out later it doesn't include penelties is outrageous.
I am not slating the entire live chat department just this one guy particularly, I'm sure some others are fine.
