Wanted to place a quick bet on football, but saw the message that I have a new december Promotion. So I clicked on it and the title was Come and score 5€ in PLAY CASH on the Money Wheel. So I clicked on the yellow button to see what it was and immediately I was asked to place some chips on dollar bills, and in the background there was this guy spinning a Money Wheel. So I put some chips on the dollar bills and... lost ofcourse. I was laughing about what a rip off this game was and clicked away. But then I saw that my account was reduced with 1500€!!!!!
I remembered another time when I got a similar promotion to play on slots for some play money, and I supposed this was the same kind of promo. Also then, I was warned when the play money was used up and if I wanted to play more, I had to pay REAL money. NOT this time!
So I contacted the Unibet Helpdesk and they weren't able to help me out. Everything here is business as usual Sir.
You guys should be ashamed to trick people to go to places (casino) where people don't want to be and then steal their money on Christmas!
