    Hi people, I withdrew money more than two weeks ago. I always used the same account to deposit and withdraw my money, the account of my boyfriend. I have also verified my account, but my withdrawals are still blocked. Sent my passport several times. They also tell me that I have to wait ... But I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks and do not get any information ... Do not know what to do now. Have I lost that money? What can I do?
