I have been using Unibet for years - without any problems with deposits/withdrawals.
1st of december I won a quite significant amount compared to "normal" - Unibet asked me to upload Extra documents after I tried to withdraw my winnings.
i did that 2nd of December.
now its the 10th of December and all the support is telling me is that they received the documentation- But that the responsible departement havent processed it yet? How can it be ? And how cant I be more informed about what is going on!? Its really unprofessional - it might not be many Money to you - But to me it is... now this post here since I can see some have had luck getting more assistance than me - and getting their cases prioritized.
