    Hi there,

     

    Apologies if I'm being obtuse here, but when I open the client, my 'Cash Balance' is stated as £86, yet when I go to withdraw on the website, it's stated as £77.13. 

    I have some money in cash tickets, and I don't have any money in play, so could someone please tell me the cause of the £8.87 deficit from my client balance to the website balance.
