Im having same problem, my account is old and i have been depositing and withdaraving money manay times in last year. I had verifyd account and then suddenly they started to ask my documents again, after i i won 2.8k in casino and trye to cashout 1.5k . that cashout came and then boom i got message that i have to verify my account. This sounds the old trick that old religious ppl who invented banking made, they try to keep you playing your money back that you won thats why they do that, im very close to stop playing unibet anymore since you are right there is many other casinos and betting sites where this verification takes about 5min . Hope you get your money soon. I made also a thread here last night and check what unibet worker answered , he told they will check my documents today... clock is 11.30 morning in Finland and nothing happened... If they dont check them by 14.00 and accept my withdraw im outta here for good and will telle everyone i now to avoid this site plus i make posts in every gamblin forum i know.

thank you very much sir, finally nice answer. the chat person i didnt like , he chekded my first document and said it wasnt ok so i took receipt from my online bank as he told and he said it is ok and he sended it to the verify partment. can you check did he send it ? and sorry that my nerves are quick to burn. Hi , How can it take so long time to verify nmy adress documents that i have sended and your chat person accepted them also? Also my account was allready verified and i made my last withdraw last week and it was ok, i have only used onlinebank for transfers so that is also ok. Your chat person told that documents are checked quiqkly most of the time so why the fk it takes this long to check the documents?
