First of all I want to say that I've made a mistake in my previous statemant when I said I used on UNIBET the card ending in 9317 last year. After I searched my bank transaction I saw that the last withdraw on UNIBET was on 23.02.2019 with this card.

The bank account is the same for both credit cards. That didn't changed.

I can provide the last transaction with the card ending with 9317. Does the bank account number needs to be visible or I can blur it out for privacy?

Where can I send you the files for you to review? I would like to solve this issue with you and not to be transfered to someone else.

Thanks for your help so far.

I will explain the status of those 2 credit cards.

The one with the ending 9317 has expired several months ago and the last time that was used on Unibet, was on a withdraw request last year in August I think. The bank cut the card in front of me. The credit card was in my name.

The one with the ending 2457 is my current credit card that I used to make a deposit and wanted to withdraw on it 1 month or so ago. I've sent all the required info for verification regarding this card and the Unibet support said everything is fine and there is not necesary any further verification. The credit card is in my name.

For me sounds a bit silly to prove that a credit card that was in my name (the same name that my user is registered on UNIBET) and expired WAS MINE.
