Thanks Ray, appreciate the help and the bonus gesture. At the time of placing the bet the site was being really glitchy, doing all sorts of strange things. I failed to put a couple of bets on prior to this race and after the bet went through I just logged off and gave up for the evening. Anyway, Cheers.

Hi Ray. Thanks for the reply. I am aware of where the racing bets are visible. The bet is not in my history. Again, the funds for the bet were deducted, but the bet has disappeared and was not paid out.

I had a £10 bet on the winner in the 1955 at Kempton this evening and a £2 bet on the horse that came 4th(which lost obviously) £12 was deducted from my balance and it said bet was placed, but now it's as if it never happened on my bet history and the £12 remains deducted....anyone know how I can request someone to look into this for me? Thanks
