I was still using the same withdraw method, and suddenly required for credit/debit card verification and it takes quite a long time. Question is I withdrew week ago and found no problem, I didn’t change my card, I didn’t change anything affecting my personal detail. It held up my money in withdraw and cannot cancel withdraw as well. Can anyone check my uploaded documents and get the account resume in normal?
