Hello.about week ago my account has been blocked after one year of betting,playing slots,casino,poker,bingo due to some ID and address verifications.i have been asked to upload some relevant documents for this account verification.i've sent picture with my passport(which was almost instantly accepted and approved)and 2 pictures with the bank statement and Tv licence bill(originals ones which come by the post).my question is when this verifications of address will take place cos i want to have acces to my account again ASAP!i was very happy with the UNIBET betting and poker platform and i want to play again.can you please help me with some updates about this issues??thanks.
