Well, the matter has resolved itself by itself - tonight's game has ended in EC KAC win just like the original game on Friday, so my bet was graded as a winner, luckily for me.

I still think this shouldn't have happened or been possible in the first place, but no point in beating a dead horse, I guess.

I have a question regarding a bet I placed yesterday at 19:22 CET, Coupon ID3418407273.

One game is still marked as not settled, EC-KAC - EC Panaceo VSV, but when I was placing the bet, it was supposed to be the game that was played yesterday at 19:30 CET along with all other games in the first round of the Austrian ICE Hockey League playoffs, because only the games that were played on Friday were on offer. Now my bet coupon is showing that I placed a bet on the game that will be played on Tuesday, 16.03.2021. at 19:15 CET, which must be some technical error as that game is not even on offer yet, only the game on Sunday, 14.03.2021. is currently being offered.

Can someone from the moderators please check into this?

for some reason all my documents are being rejected. ID proof (passport) was accepted immediately but proof of address turned out to be anything but easy. I uploaded a PDF file of my bank statement, which was later not accepted as proof of address. The next day I have uploaded a PDF file of the official electronic residence certificate  and then I have received a message that this document can not be accepted as proof of address. Today I have uploaded a photo of my tax return which was dated on 2nd of June 2019. and I have received a message "Sorry, we could not accept this document. The document you uploaded is too old. Please make sure that it's dated within the last 3 months."

As this last response clearly is not right because the document I uploaded is just a little over 2 months old, I really do not now what to do now because everything I submitted keeps getting rejected, although all documents were legit and not older than 3 months. I have sent an e-mail to support team but so far haven't gotten any reply.

Could you please offer some advice on how to proceed?
