Agreed - It is disappointing Unibet promote the 15 to go and then within days if you use the promotion, you get banned from future promotions - very unsatisfactory to be honest.

Many thanks for taking the time to reply. I live in the UK and I’ve been a Unibet customer for around 2 months. Banned from all offers now though - so I will probably take my custom elsewhere. I’m genuinely disappointed though as Unibet had some good offers. No explanation has been offered as to why I am no longer elidgible for offers........just that the traders have decided. 

This is just a quick question out of curiosity really. I’ve had a message to say I am no longer eligible for Unibet promotions. I used the really good 15 min offer on the horse racing at Goodwood and within 2 days, I’ve had a message banning me from promotions? I’m just wondering why promotions are offered if Unibet are going to remove customers from promotions shortly afterwards? Many thanks - I’m interested in what other customers think.
